3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days within UAE.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing time may extend slightly.

4. Order Processing

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you:

  • They will make two additional delivery attempts.

  • After unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us.
